I have made a large supply of CBD infused coconut oil capsules at 20mg and 25mg, and lower doses can easily be created. The ratio of CBD strains used and CoAs are available upon request. All capsules were produced using the Ardent Nova Decarboxylator and the Magical Butter Machine 2 automated infusor. These capsules are intended to be used for these diaries, as it will provide case studies for business purposes. The capsules are available for well below market value. The following is a copy of the attachment. It includes some guidelines for the diary as well as a questionnaire that will help connect some dots after the time has been completed. Initially, we are taking a very casual approach to the study but will tighten the guidelines as time goes on. GENERAL GUIDELINES
-Consistency is the most important aspect of this diary.
-Daily use is encouraged. Please note any missed doses. If days at a time are very similar, just describe the block of days as one. We do not need a daily explanation.
-Please update your diary at least once per week. More frequent entries will help notice small details and avoid forgetting. If days at a time have similar experience, just note this.
-Please note any changes in dose strength as you continue through your entry period.
-Pay attention to the following and more: mood, energy (morning/daytime/nighttime), appetite, skin, sleep behavior, body composition, mental state, pain, exercise habits, social abilities, irritability, focus, anxiety, etc.
1) Reasons for Using Cannabinoids
A. If comfortable, list any conditions or ailments you hope cannabinoids may help improve:

C. If comfortable, share any medications or treatments that did not help improve A:
D. If comfortable, share any medications you are currently using and for how long:
